This delicious recipe for the Cucumber Martini is very easy to make at home! There are certainly other martini recipes with cucumber that I have enjoyed over the years but this light and refreshing variation are perfect for a warm spring day. The cucumber and lemon juice give just enough flavor to really accent the gin. Give it a try and let us know what you think of this amazing cucumber martini!

1 Shaker Canister
1 Martini Glass
1 Strainer
1 Cocktail Spoon

Ingredients

2 oz Gin
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz Dry Vermouth
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup optional
1 piece Fresh Cucumber
4 pieces Ice

Instructions

Mash sliced cucumber in a shaker with a muddler.
Add ice and pour in the gin.
Pour in additional ingredients
Shake the mixture well (the shaker should be really cold!)
Strain into a cocktail glass or on the rocks if you like.
Garnish with slices of cucumber.
