Cucumber Martini Recipe
- 1 Strainer
- 2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup optional
- 1 piece Fresh Cucumber
- 4 pieces Ice
- Mash sliced cucumber in a shaker with a muddler.
- Add ice and pour in the gin.
- Pour in additional ingredients
- Shake the mixture well (the shaker should be really cold!)
- Strain into a cocktail glass or on the rocks if you like.
- Garnish with slices of cucumber.
